We collect the minimum needed to understand how the site is used:
- Analytics data. Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics tell us about traffic and usage patterns. IP addresses are anonymised.
- Usage information. Which pages get visited, and from where.
We do not ask for, or store, names, email addresses or payment details.

- To analyse traffic and trends
- To respond to enquiries and corrections sent to us
4. Cookies and tracking
Analytics cookies are used to measure visits. You can block or delete them through your browser preferences without losing access to anything on the site.

- Google-hosted restaurant photography, loaded directly from Google's servers.
